My Story

I was born in Italy, where food isn’t just culture — It’s emotion, precision, and art.
My journey began in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, France, and Spain, where I learned the essence of precision, balance, and respect for ingredients under some of Europe’s most celebrated chefs.
Over the years, I refined my craft across Switzerland, London, and Dubai, mastering both fine dining and wellness-focused cuisine through my training at Clinique La Prairie — the world-renowned Swiss institute for longevity and nutrition.
This shaped my approach to gastronomy: food that is refined yet nourishing, indulgent yet balanced.
My career led me to serve an international elite — from private villas at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum to royal estates in Abu Dhabi, where I worked as a private chef to members of the Royal Family. These experiences taught me the value of discretion, excellence, and trust, where every plate must not only impress but also reflect the highest level of taste and confidentiality.
Today, through Private Chefs Atelier, I bring that same standard of Michelin-level craftsmanship to private villas, yachts, and high-profile events worldwide.
