Meet Chef Luca Napoleone

Growing up in Rome, Chef Luca developed a passion for the culinary and gastronomic world while working in a small family restaurant at the age of 15. This passion led him to pursue a degree in hospitality and management at the University of Rome, where he had the privilege of studying under esteemed mentors and teachers in the restaurant industry. After gaining invaluable experience in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, including France, Spain, Greece, and the UK, he relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2016 to serve as Executive Chef of Cavalli Club Dubai. There, he became the first chef to be distinguished with a GastroMoon Award, expanding his network in the food and beverage industry and leading to opportunities with major companies such as Hilton, Cove Beach, and Eva Beach House. Chef Luca's illustrious career culminated in a two-year stint as a Private Chef for the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi, solidifying his reputation as one of the most successful private chefs in the region.
